Postcards

I got this idea from a good friend of mine...Cik Hayati...

I used to collect fridge magnets...still is actually...but i add on something else on top of it...postcards from various part of the world to myself...its all because of the idea from Cik Hayati...cool eh...even though some people once said only losers sent themselves a postcard since no one else will send...but i still think its cool...its like some sort of posted proof that i was there at one point in my life...ko ader? hahaha...

On the postcards...i will only write...I WAS IN *place* ON *date*...just simple...one phrase...same meaning...different time and place...my father also demands that i send to him one from each country or city that i visited...good enough...hehehe...

I also send postcards to my travelling buddies...usually with the phrase WISHING YOU WERE HERE...hahaha...keji tak...from time to time i also receive it from my travelling friends...i think its just so damn cool...

Whatever it is...postcards is something timeless...it won't go out of fashion...even with all the hi-tech thingie and all the internet and stuff...postcard in the other hand is something personalised...it still have that human touch to it...i never fail to feel touched whenever someone sends me one...even though its just a piece of paper called...postcards...
