Routing The Destinations

Just to share something about routing destinations to travel...

Some of my friends do ask me how did i route the destinations that i am going to without consulting a travel agent...personally i don't like to travel using travel agent...i know that it will save a lot of trouble...but i don't like the idea of getting tied down to schedule...when the initial intention was to explore at our own sweet time...then travel agent is out of question...furthermore...i rather like doing it on my own...seriously its a bit tedious but in the end it will be worth the trouble...

First of all of course lah...getting information on the return flight ticket to the respective destination...lets say...Rome for instance...seriously internet does help a lot on getting the information needed...especially wikitravel and wikipedia...these are my main source of information by the way...

In order to know which airlines that flies to Rome...all i have to do is click on wikipedia...type in Rome Airport and they will list down the airports in Rome...then click the information on the main airport in Rome...in this case its Fiumicino - Leonardo da Vinci Airport which caters for the flights to Rome...scroll down to see the airlines destinations...there will be a full list of airlines that flies in to this particular airport...then do the same thing to KLIA...then one can match up the airlines that caters for both airports...then the next part will be a bit tedious...have to go to the airlines websites and see the destination list...whether there is flight from KL-Rome...then you will have it...almost all of the mid-east airlines company caters for this route...from then on...just click on the dates and check the fares...done with the first part...

Then finding the connecting flights to other destinations in mind within Europe...still the same thing...wikipedia does the trick...type in the respective city's airport to see which airlines that flies in to the respective airports...then do the same thing again...click on the airlines website to find out the fare and schedule...then you have all the connecting flights...

Sometimes when i feel a bit under stress...i will go on and do some sort of route to some places that i want to go...it does take my mind of the stress matters in hand...actually i already done the route for some places...its just a matter of time before i can actually afford to go...but its good to dream on once in a while...its all about routing the destinations...hehehe...
