Munching In Munich...Not Bad In Bad Tolz...

It was a few years ago that i went to Munich...back then it was right after the World Cup...i seriously didn't know what to expect in Munich...just brave it out and go...hehehe...

Munich town is fascinating as they have a lot of historical and old architectures around...i love old building...so Munich fits me just fine...we were in the middle of the town...and the first thing that i saw was this tower...14 floors with a 360 degrees of viewing point...just cost EUR2...nice...but the only thing is...you have to hike up the stairs...hahaha...the stairs are kinda steep...so it was kinda a struggle to go up and at the same time bumping into people who are coming down...but it was worth the hike...it was different feeling looking at Munich from the higher floor...

Nearby the tower was this flea market...i love flea market...as you can find those things that are unexpected...but my whole point of Munich was not for shopping...so i settled for a giant pretzel and just walk around the area...munching the giant pretzel as we were going through the narrow streets in between buildings...then went to the chocolate shop...owh i can never say no to chocolate...hahaha...

We didn't stay in Munich itself...but we drove to the outskirt to this small town called Bad Tolz...really nice little cozy town despite the name Bad in it...and we spent the nites in this apartment cottage surrounded by beautiful alps and greeneries...there's nothing much that i can tell about my experience there as it happened a few years back...but one thing i remember the most was...one of the day we were there was Sunday...almost all of the marts are closed...so i keep that in mind whenever i am going to Germany again...shops closed on Sunday...hehehe...

Most of my pictures in Munich and Bad Tolz was in my old computer...virus infected computer...i was unable to retrieve those photos...arghhhh...kinda stress out a bit...the photos in this entry are mostly taken from fb...now i learnt my lesson and i kept all my travel photos in my external hard disk as well as made copies of it in a DVD...despite having those beautiful photos to keep as a part of my memory...i will always have those memories in my mind...and i always remember those time i was munching in Munich...not bad in Bad Tolz...
