New Zealand No More

One of my travel buddies asked me whether is it true that Airasia had cancel their flight to Christchurch as part of their re-alignment...and increased their flights to Aussie instead...then i google it up...and it was true...Airasia has yet to cancel another route...this time Christchurch...owh my...

Its only early this year that my travel buddies and i were planning to have that NZ trip somewhere this November as there was one of the week that has two days off in between (Deepavali and Ma'al Hijrah)...but seems like with this new news it won't be happening...because since like forever...flights to NZ has been expensive...the price can match up a flight to europe...which was one of the reason i didn't go there earlier...i went to europe instead...when Airasia decided on that Christchurch route...i was in Krabi...so i didn't bought the ticket...my sister did though...i think she got it for somewhere a bit over RM500...which is quarter the price of any other airlines to NZ...

I was thinking of going for some sort of birthday getaway for my 30th birthday in June...but now it also won't happen since the last flight will be by the end of May 2012...there goes my NZ 3 series holiday...huhuhu...now i don't think that i can really have that dream of going to NZ for holiday...instead i just hope that i will go there one day in the future for other reason...and it won't be the same like going with my travel buddies and getting silly along the way...

Airasia for most of the part does make my dream come true to travel...and at the same time also tarnished it with their re-alignment plans...huhuhu...but what to do...its all part of life...now i am just waiting for which of the other routes that they will have to cancel any time soon...perhaps Japan will be next...who knows...as for the time being they are increasing their flights to Aussie and at the same time are aiming for other cities in Aussie...but one thing for sure...for the time being...for me...New Zealand no more...
